The role of judge is crucial to ensuring a fair and accurate evaluation of the projects submitted by Enactus student teams.
The judge is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the projects developed by Enactus teams, contributing their professional experience to ensure a fair and meaningful selection of finalists and winners.
The judge's main duties include:

Participating in the Judge Orientation session

Attending the competing teams' presentations

Evaluating each project according to the official Enactus criteria

Acting impartially and maintaining the confidentiality of the evaluation content

The competition is conducted entirely in English.

The criteria shared by Enactus Global are applied, which include entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, business, and sustainability.

Guiding question for evaluation:
Which Enactus team has most effectively demonstrated entrepreneurial and leadership skills, applying business and innovation principles to generate a positive impact on people, the planet, and prosperity over the past year?
Competition structure:
The competition is divided into two levels: Early Stage and Advanced. Each level will have an Opening Round of Competition, with multiple parallel leagues (May 19th), followed by the Final Round of Competition (May 20th).
The jury will be coordinated by the League Coordinator, who will supervise and schedule the following:
For the Advanced category:

3-minute set-up period - to consult the project support materials

6-minute presentation supported by a video (up to 12 minutes if two projects are submitted by the same team)

5-minute Q&A (10 minutes if two projects are submitted)
For the Early Stage category:

3-minute set-up period - to consult the project support materials

6-minute presentation for each project

4-minute Q&A for each project
The competition and the judging process will be supervised by Enactus Italia in collaboration with KPMG, through the involvement of a professional who will act as score verifier, in order to guarantee and certify the maximum transparency, fairness, and integrity of the judging process.
