Code of Conduct

Within the Enactus organization, increasingly global and interconnected, the shared principles of all participants are essential to building and preserving a strong reputation within the international community.

This Code of Conduct shall be applied in good faith and with a strong sense of responsibility, in order to enable Enactus Italy to pursue its mission of inspiring students to improve the world through entrepreneurial action and the creation of sustainable social impact, in compliance with applicable laws, European regulations and the ethical principles of the organization.

Enactus's Code of Conduct establishes the fundamental values of collaboration, integrity, respect, and diversity that guide our global operations, requiring staff and all participants to maintain impartiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and protect organizational resources while fostering respect and tolerance in all interactions.
This Code applies to all individuals involved in the Enactus Italy network in any capacity, including members of governance bodies, employees, collaborators, student team members, Faculty Advisors, competition judges, alumni, partners, sponsors and suppliers.

Abusive, harassing or offensive behaviour is not acceptable, whether verbal, physical or digital, including derogatory comments related to race, gender, religion, age, disability, national origin or sexual orientation.

All participants are required to demonstrate honesty and integrity in their actions and communications, adhering to principles of fairness, transparency and accountability even when circumstances make it difficult to “do the right thing”. Activities carried out within the network must be oriented towards the creation of sustainable social and economic value, in alignment with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.

Enactus Italy promotes respectful dialogue also within digital spaces. Offensive, discriminatory or defamatory content will not be tolerated. The organization reserves the right to remove such content or restrict access to users who fail to comply with these principles.

The name, logo and visual identity of Enactus must be used exclusively in accordance with brand guidelines and in a manner consistent with the mission and values of the organization.

Each participant is personally responsible for maintaining high standards of professional and personal ethics in all activities, both within and outside the network. The actions and words of every individual constantly reflect on the image and credibility of Enactus Italy and the global Enactus community.

Anyone who believes that a violation of this Code has occurred is encouraged to report it through the channels made available by Enactus Italy, including confidential reporting systems provided for by applicable regulations. All reports are treated with seriousness, investigated promptly and thoroughly, and managed with strict confidentiality while ensuring protection against retaliation.
