Fondazione Enactus Italia ETS
Curricular Internship | Part-time or Full-time | Hybrid format
Starting from March 2026
Who we are
Fondazione Enactus Italia ETS is a non-profit foundation and part of the global Enactus network.
We work with universities, students, and companies to develop entrepreneurial projects with social and environmental impact, shaping young leaders who use business as a force for good.
We are a small, dynamic, growing organization. And this is precisely one of our greatest strengths.
A truly formative experience (really!)
This is not an “administrative support” internship.
You will enter the heart of the Foundation’s development and financial sustainability, contributing to digital marketing and fundraising activities, working:
in close contact with the Country Director and Program Director, responsible for fundraising
supporting the analysis of potential prospects and their outreach
challenging yourself in the activation and implementation of new partnerships
You will learn how to build a pipeline, how to identify potential partners, and how to structure an outreach activity. How to move from a first contact to a concrete relationship.
Because Fondazione Enactus is a very small organization, you will not be just a number. You will have real space to propose ideas, test tools, experiment with approaches, and help us build processes — also thanks to your own ideas and knowledge.
A bit like working in a startup: you learn because you do, and you do because you are given space.
If you are curious to understand how a non-profit organization becomes financially sustainable, here you will see it from the inside.
Impact: understanding what you want to do in the future?
Working in the non-profit sector — and specifically in Digital Marketing connected to fundraising activities — means operating at the intersection of vision, strategy, and sustainability.
It means making concrete projects possible and creating connections between students, companies, foundations, and stakeholders.
But it is also an opportunity to ask yourself an important question:
👉 Do you see yourself in the social impact world?👉 Or in the corporate world, perhaps in business development or marketing?👉 Are you curious about entrepreneurship?
The best way to find out is to try.
This internship can help you understand your professional vocation, not just build your CV, thanks to the type of role you will cover and the diverse professional network you will have access to.
Network: here you truly get visibility
Fondazione Enactus Italia works with a broad and qualified network of stakeholders:
large private companies
banking foundations
startups
senior professionals
alumni who now work in international contexts
In a small structure, if you demonstrate value, we put you on the front line.
You will have several opportunities to interact with partners and stakeholders as soon as you are ready, actively stepping outside your comfort zone.
We strongly believe in people’s growth: if we can help you discover your talent and professional direction, we will do so with conviction.

We are looking for a motivated, curious person who is truly willing to step up and get involved.
