Fondazione Enactus Italia ETS
Curricular Internship | Part-time or Full-time | Hybrid formatStarting from March 2026
Who we are
Fondazione Enactus Italia ETS is a non-profit foundation and part of the global Enactus network.
We work with universities, students, and companies to develop entrepreneurial projects with social and environmental impact, shaping young leaders who use business as a force for good.
We are a small, dynamic, growing organization. And this is precisely one of our greatest strengths.
A truly formative experience (really!)
This is not an “operational support” internship.
You will enter a structured path focused on developing Enactus Italy’s branding and social identity, working:
in close contact with the internal team
in direct collaboration with an external communication agency
contributing to the implementation of strategies defined by senior professionals
You will learn how positioning is built. How a communication strategy is translated into concrete content.
Because we are a very small organization, you will not be just a number. You will have real space to propose ideas, test, experiment, and build. A bit like working in a startup: you learn because you do, and you do because you are given responsibility.
Your vocation should be communication, because that is where you will truly focus.
Generating impact: do you want to work in the non-profit sector? Is it really for you?
Working in a non-profit organization means generating real impact.
It means telling stories that change opportunities. It means communicating projects that are born in universities and grow in the real world.
But it is also an opportunity to ask yourself an important question:
👉 Do you see yourself in the social impact world?👉 Or in the corporate world?👉 Or perhaps as a freelancer?👉 Could entrepreneurship be your path?
The best way to find out is to try.
This internship can help you understand your professional vocation, not just build your CV — thanks both to the role you will cover and to the network of diverse professionals you will have access to.
Network: here you truly get visibility
Fondazione Enactus Italia works with a broad and qualified network of stakeholders:
large private companies
banking foundations
startups
senior professionals
alumni who now work in many organizations, often multinational companies
In a small structure, if you demonstrate value, we put you on the front line.
You will have several opportunities to directly interact with partners and stakeholders as soon as you are ready, allowing you to challenge yourself beyond your comfort zone. We strongly believe in people’s growth, so if we can help you discover your talent and professional direction, we will do so with conviction.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivated, curious person willing to step up and get involved.
A cliché sentence? Not at all. We truly mean it.

Availability to start a curricular internship for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months, part-time or full-time
